These settings, for me at least, are awesome and really change the feel of the game. Unfortunately that video has long since been removed and i dont remember his user name. Then one day when surfing youtube, I found a video with a Japanese player showing off his Sweet settings and I fell in love. 
I started to mess around with Sweetfx and found a lot of different settings online. Something was bothering me, I felt that they could have done a little more with the effects. I believe its one of the best looking MMOs I've ever played. So I've been playing this since 1.0, I always loved the detail and the landscape.
